You can withdraw from the contract at any time.

The withdrawal must be made in writing.

If you cancel your reservation between the day of booking and 14 days before the start of the rental period (check-in at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival), you will receive a 100% refund of the total price.

In case of cancellation 14 to 7 days before the start of the rental period (check-in 3 p.m. on the day of arrival), the guest will receive 50% of the total price back.

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in (3 p.m.), the full travel price must be paid.

The date of receipt of your cancellation notice is what counts.

Any amounts already paid will be offset.

You can, after consultation, provide a replacement person who will enter into your contract under the stated conditions.

Cancellation of the contract by the landlord is permitted in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to a refund of the rental price. Any payments already made will then be refunded to the guest in full.

In the event of a justified cancellation, the guest shall not be entitled to compensation.

Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded.
