With my accommodation, I want to offer you the basis for a carefree and relaxing stay. To ensure this always succeeds, it is necessary that my guests are familiar with and adhere to the house rules. By booking, you accept these house rules and ensure that you and all fellow travelers adhere to them.

REST PERIODS

In my holiday accommodation, public quiet hours, such as midday and Sunday quiet hours, must be observed. Out of consideration and in the interest of good neighborliness, quiet hours must also be observed daily between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

SMOKE

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday accommodation or the entire building. Please go outside and use an ashtray if you smoke. Should any burn marks or holes occur, please report this to me, the landlord, immediately. As the tenant, you are responsible for the repair costs.

INTERNET

Free internet access is available at the holiday accommodation. You will receive the access code upon arrival. Use of this internet access is at your own risk. As the landlord, I assume no liability for any of your internet activities.

PETS

Pets are permitted in my holiday apartment upon request and prior registration. Please ensure that your pet stays away from furniture such as sofas or beds in the holiday accommodation. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to clean up any mess caused by your pet. Please also note that dogs must be kept on a leash in some areas of the house and surrounding area.

VISITORS

For safety reasons, a maximum of four people and one small child are allowed in the holiday accommodation. If visitors are staying overnight in the holiday accommodation, you must notify the landlord in advance. Visitors can be registered by phone or email. Visitors must also adhere to these house rules.

EVENTS AND PARTIES

Larger events and parties are generally prohibited in the holiday apartment. Any gathering of several people in my holiday accommodation must comply with the relevant conditions of these house rules.

WASTE SEPARATION AND DISPOSAL

Since we are required to separate waste, I ask you to also separate the waste in our vacation rental. Appropriate disposal facilities for organic waste, paper, and residual waste are available in front of the house. You are welcome to place your plastic waste in a yellow bag and leave it in the apartment; I will then dispose of it. Glass containers are available, for example, in front of the E-Center Lunze. New garbage bags are also provided in the vacation rental, which you should use as needed. Also, never throw food scraps, garbage, or hygiene products down the toilet or other drains. Dispose of your garbage only in the containers provided.

SECURITY

For safety reasons, all entrance doors to the holiday accommodation must be kept closed. Furthermore, all entrance doors must be closed when leaving the house. Windows should also be closed when leaving the holiday accommodation. For fire safety reasons, it is also important to ensure that escape routes are not blocked. Heating, lights, and other appliances should always be turned off when not in use. This also applies to electrical appliances.

VENTILATE

To prevent infection, it's important to adequately ventilate your vacation rental. To do this, open the windows several times a day for 5 to 10 minutes. This can effectively prevent mold growth.

OUTDOOR AREA

Outdoor items such as parasols or similar items must be closed in strong winds and overnight to avoid damage and ensure your safety.

BBQ / FIREPLACE

Facilities with open flames are generally only to be used by adults. For fire safety reasons, please also refrain from using accelerants while grilling. Once cooled, dispose of ashes and other residues in the general waste.

THE PARK

Street parking is available for your stay at the vacation rental. Please ensure that you do not block other vehicles, neighbors, or sidewalks when parking. Please also note that, as the landlord, I am not liable for the vehicle or its contents parked in the parking lot.

CLEANING

You are responsible for cleaning your holiday accommodation during your stay. This is not included in the final cleaning. Appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment are available at the holiday accommodation for any necessary cleaning. Some cleaning tasks will also be required before departure. These are listed in the "Arrival and Departure" section.

DAMAGES

Any damage that occurs in the holiday accommodation must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. We cannot accept damage that is only discovered after your departure. For minor damage, such as broken glass, I, as the landlord, will cover the cost. However, you, as the tenant, are liable for any major damage to the furnishings or the holiday accommodation. To avoid damage, please refrain from moving furniture and avoid other potential hazards.

KEY

Upon arrival, you will receive keys to the holiday accommodation. Please never let them out of your hands. If you lose them, please notify me immediately. The costs of replacing or possibly replacing the locks and keys will be incurred, which you, as the tenant, will be responsible for.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

To ensure the vacation rental is optimally prepared for my guests, you can check in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the vacation rental must be vacated by 11:00 AM and left in a tidy condition.

This includes:

• Empty the refrigerator
• Clean dishes and put them back in their place when dry
• Dispose of leftover food
• Dispose of household waste in the designated waste containers (located in front of the house)
• Clean used equipment if necessary
• Store used items neatly
• Turn off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)
• Sweeping the used rooms in the holiday accommodation
• Close the window
• Turn off the heating
• Lock apartment doors
• Throw the key in the mailbox or put it back in the key safe

These house rules are intended to ensure that you enjoy the most pleasant and safe stay in the holiday accommodation. Compliance with these house rules is therefore essential. A violation of these house rules constitutes a breach of the rental conditions stipulated in the rental agreement. Please note this and wish you a relaxing stay and a pleasant time with us!
